Returns & Exchanges
At NORTHE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We encourage customers to review product details, measurements, and fit information carefully before ordering.
Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, we take an intentional approach to returns and exchanges that helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging and condition
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair, stains, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
Free Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit when shopping online can sometimes be challenging.
If your item doesn't fit as expected, we offer one complimentary size exchange per order within Canada and the United States, subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. NORTHE will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
To qualify for a size exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.
Returns for Refund
Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or promotional items marked final sale
• Gift cards
• Limited-release products marked final sale
• Undergarments, socks, or intimate apparel (where applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@northe.ca.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refund requests.
For all returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. NORTHE is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
