Free Shipping

NORTHE offers complimentary shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States over $100+ | Flat-Rate Shipping $7.00.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once processed, orders generally arrive within 9–14 business days, depending on destination, carrier transit times, and order volume.

During new launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Thoughtful Production

At NORTHE, we believe in creating fewer, better pieces.

Our collections are thoughtfully produced in limited quantities to help reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste while allowing us to focus on quality, comfort, and long-term wear.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Severe weather conditions
• Holidays or peak shipping periods
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

NORTHE is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
• Failed delivery attempts due to inaccurate addresses
• Additional shipping charges required for reshipment

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

Delivered Orders

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and common delivery locations
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly

NORTHE is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned Shipments

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the shipment may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
