Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably level under your arms.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hips.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and lower body.

Inseam
Without shoes, measure from the top of the inner leg down to the floor.
